my weird neighbor

So yesterday Sean and I met our weird neighbor and it was weird. He was rambling on about his sister and being loud and if he was ever to loud we should bang on the door and let him know. We finally get inside with the door closed. A few hours later after Sean and Jordan had left I heard him yelling. I just thought it was him being weird but then he didn't stop yelling for fifteen minutes so i put my ear to the wall to listen better. It definitely sounded like he was in pain and sounded like it was coming from the bathroom. So i gave it another fifteen minutes and he was still yelling so i called 911. I explained to them that he used a walker and seemed to have trouble getting around and that he had been yelling for at least 30 minutes. The fire department came and they knocked on his door and yelled for him to open it for at least five minutes then they checked all around the apartment for a way to get in. By this time the sheriff had arrived and was also yelling and knocking on the door. So they broke the door down and they went in to his apartment to find him asleep on the couch. They woke him up and he seemed to be fine. They told him that someone had heard him yelling for help and they were making sure he was alright. My weird neighbor begins to tell them that he has crazy dreams and yells in his sleep. Good to know.
